1. Reducing file size

Using a brilliant compression system it reduces the file size to as little as a tenth of its’ original size, while keeping a clean, crisp quality of image. 2. Clearer naming
If you’re scanning documents prior to sending them to a shared folder, it can sometimes be difficult to establish which one is your file. Using the Bizhub, you can easily name the document from a QWERTY keyboard on the LCD touchscreen, making it quick and easy to find once scanned.
3. Removing blank pages
If you have to do a large batch of scanning, you may find you have a mixture of single and double sided originals to sort through (lengthening the process).
