The situation

C2 Safety is based near Bridgwater, Somerset. We offer first class, sensible, safety solutions to our varied client base ranging from agriculture to wedding venues.  We had concerns that our existing printer/copier/scanner contract with another supplier, was perhaps not as transparent as it might have been.

Over the years, we had noticed that SDS was winning contracts with many local businesses with which we were familiar. This gave us the confidence to approach SDS and express our concerns, not only with our present supplier, but with the copying industry generally.

The long-term benefits

We now have a totally transparent contract with SDS. We have lowered our external print costs. Our new printer has the ability to hole-punch, staple and produce booklets: the amount of time saving is significant.
