Case Study

Save money and experience fewer problems with SDS machines. That is the bottom line for Jeremy Gainsford of JP Gainsford Associates, Taunton.

The situation

JP Gainsford Associates is a progressive firm of Chartered Building Surveyors. We offer a wide range of services for both residential and commercial property, principally across the South and West of England.

We have requirement to print photos extensively as part of our service, and were finding the cost of constantly having to replace the colour cartridges in our printer prohibitive and inconvenient. Having weighed up the options and considered the benefits, I decided to approach SDS with a view to leasing a machine.

The SDS solution

From the very start SDS staff were friendly and helpful. There was no hard sell and the merits and operating procedures, along with the costs, were clearly explained. Since having our Konica Bizhub C220 installed we have been nothing but impressed.

The long-term benefits

The machine produces reliable, high quality copies without fail on a daily basis. We have also come to greatly appreciate the ability to scan in signed documents and attachments to e-mail out, as well as being able to print duplex, which has saved on paper in a very tangible way. The operating costs are also considerably lower than when we had the traditional colour printer.

“As a company, we cannot speak more highly of both the machine and the staff at SDS and would wholeheartedly recommend both to any other surveying practice, or small business for that matter.”
