The situation

We are a small practice specialising in Business Coaching and Leadership Development for independent businesses and professional organisations across the West Country. SDS were recommended to us 7 years ago, and we approached them because of the high cost of replenishing toner in our A4 colour laser printer which we were using to produce bespoke training material and notes, promotional flyers and case studies.

Our printing is now stress-free! We don’t have to worry about toner replacement; have simple and transparent billing; and can handle any print requirements, from last-minute changes to printing handouts in the middle of training sessions. We believe that we have saved more than 50% in print costs.

As our business has evolved the Konica Minolta has proved invaluable, with simple features such as the ability to scan direct to Dropbox assisting greatly with outsourced services such as bookkeeping.
