The situation

We were introduced to SDS by our IT supplier who considered them to be a company that had a better way of doing things than conventional photocopier suppliers. From the initial meeting we discovered why.

SDS took the time to understand our pain points and looked at how we could better utilise both printed material and how we scanned documents. We also had confidence in SDS being able to implement the ideas we had and the expertise to liaise with our IT provider.

We are now able to produce all our booklets in-house and print only the amount required to limit wastage. We can also personalise them to give added impact. They are folded and stapled with card covers all through one click.

This has not only improved turnaround times (saving valuable staff time in-house) and reduced print costs, but has also been well received by the clients.
