The situation

Ferne Animal Sanctuary has been providing care and refuge for unwanted domestic and farm animals for an incredible 75 years. The Sanctuary re-homes dogs and cats within a 40-mile radius of Ferne.

Our current supplier’s service standards were not impressing us. Even though they were a large organisation, we felt like more of a number than a valued customer.

The SDS solution

We had been considering a machine for a new office. After seeing SDS on social media and noticed that one of their customers was another charity. We phoned the other charity and received such a good reference from them, that we thought it would be worth talking to SDS and find out how they could assist us.
