The situation

The Governing Council of the Cat Fancy is a cat registry, established in 1910 and the largest organisation that registers pedigree cats in the UK.

We’ve not been used to having good customer service support from our previous provider. Working with SDS has been a breath of fresh air in this respect.

The SDS solution

Now that our two Konica Minolta Bizhub machines are installed and working, I am very pleased to report that my staff have really taken to them and find them much easier to use than expected. The improvements in quality and functionality that our new machines provide, along with the print per copy cost savings, we’ve secured through SDS, completely outweigh any minor inconveniences.

The long-term benefits

I have been in regular contact with Simon and Nigel and they’ve been very helpful and responsive in dealing with any of my questions.  Exactly as they said they would do.
The scanning facility that the Bizhubs provide means that we’ll be able to have a much improved and space saving document archiving system. Our relationship with SDS is a business partnership as opposed to that of a simple supplier and, as such, is proving to be all I had hoped for.
