The situation

Established in 1957, LED is a firm of architects and quantity surveyors.  We currently have ten employees based at our offices in Highbridge and Totnes.

Our machines were large, expensive to run and not particularly good quality. We sourced our printer/copier/scanning machines from SDS. LED are very keen to support local businesses and since SDS provide a friendly service and quality products at competitive prices, using made sense.

The SDS solution

SDS has provided us with significantly improved technology that delivers high quality and cost effective printing. The machines are so good, we now print our marketing materials in-house and ‘on-demand’, providing real efficiency, space and cost saving gains. It was a great success and we have subsequently taken an additional four units. Now all our printing, scanning and copying is managed by SDS.
